A-CLASS provides eCommerce services including marketplace account management, product cataloguing, product imaging, advertising support, A+ content and training / consultation. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are agreed with the client before work begins.

Independent Service Provider

A-CLASS is an independent eCommerce service provider. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon or any other marketplace unless expressly stated with appropriate authorization. Marketplace names are used only to describe the platforms our services relate to.

No Guaranteed Results

Marketplace performance depends on many factors outside our control, including products, pricing, competition, marketplace policies and advertising budgets. We do not guarantee sales, rankings, revenue, return on ad spend or any other specific result.

Client Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate product and business information
  • Reviewing and approving content before it is published where agreed
  • Granting only the account access required for the agreed work
  • Remaining responsible for their marketplace accounts, products and compliance with marketplace policies
